Image Capture in Video Session

This article is intended to explain the Image Capture feature in a video session. This feature must be enabled for your organization for you to be able to use it.

The intention of this feature is to allow images to be captured on the patient side, when the patient is being being facilitated by a nurse, and to allow that image to be saved to the patient file in your platform.

How to use:

1. This feature creates a camera icon appear above your image within a Video session. Click the camera icon to take a picture of your video feed.
2. The image will appear and you can name the photo and save it to the patient file.
