Requesting a Next Session during a Video Session

As a video session is wrapping up, inform your patient that they can request their next session right then and there!

1. Have them select Request Next Session which will be on the right hand side of their page.
2. This will navigate them away from the session to the provider’s calendar.
3. Once on the provider’s calendar, the patient will be able to view a provider’s available time and request their next session. The provider will receive a requested session notification.
