The field previously named "EMR Organization ID" has been renamed to Patient MRN and is now searchable under the "Manage Patients" page by Providers and Admin User Types.
The Patient MRN can only be added or edited by an Admin in your organization.
To use this field as a Provider:
- Log into your portal
- Click on Manage Patients on the left
- Enter the Patient MRN in the search bar
To edit this field as an Admin:
- Log into your Admin account
- Click User Management
- Click Patients
- Search for your patient
- Click the name of the user
- Click anywhere in the Information Box under Personal Information
- Click the Patient MRN box to edit the MRN
- Click Save
