Please note that only a provider can delete all sessions in a repeating series.
- Login to your Provider account
- Select Manage Schedule
- Click on an upcoming session in the series you wish to cancel
- Select Edit
- Scroll to the bottom of the "Edit" model and hover over Cancel Session
- Select either the option to cancel all sessions, or to cancel the specific date and later session
- Edit the message that sends to your client and click Cancel Session
