Main Menu Feature - New Video Session UI (2022)

The Main Menu feature can be accessed in the Lobby page, or in the live video session. To access this feature, click the three stacked lines at the top of the lefthand menu.

Please note that the buttons on this menu will navigate you away from the video session. If this happens simply press the “Back” button in your browser or check into your session again.

• Home - This will take you out of the session to your VisuWell portal. This link will allow you to view your “Session List” page.
• Support Center - This will take you out of the session to our VisuWell Help Desk where you can find helpful troubleshooting articles or submit a support ticket to the VisuWell support team.
• Notifications - This will take you out of the video session to view all of your notifications in the VisuWell platform
• Log Out - This will log you out of your VisuWell Portal and take you to the VisuWell login page.
