In this article we will go through how an Organization Admin or Manager can change a User Type.
1. Begin by going to User Management and click View All Users
2. Locate the User needing their User Type changed.
3. Hover over the 'Actions' tab and select 'View Account'
4. Click on 'Account Settings' and locate the User Type drop-down.
5. Select from the list the User Type you would like to assign to the account and click 'Save'.
