Declining Sessions and Emptying the On Demand Queue as an Admin Level User
To decline an On-Demand session request as an Admin level user, select the Sessions List and click on the On-Demand Requests tab. Once there, select the three dots in the “Actions” column on the session you wish to decline.
Once the “Actions” button is clicked, you will be presented with the option to Assign the session to a provider, claim the session, or decline the request.
Pressing the decline option will present a confirmation pop up message.
Once confirmed, a green confirmation box will appear on your screen and the On-Demand request will be removed from the Queue.
