Users with the Organization Administrator user type can now check a box in the Organizations section in a patient's account to eliminate the Setup Guide step.
This box is helpful when the patient has already provided this information externally and the organization does not wish for the patient to have to duplicate entering the information.
- Search for the patient in question and click on their name.
- Click on Account Settings and scroll down to the bottom.
- In the Organizations section, check the box to allow the patient to skip the Patient Setup Guide.
- Click the Save button to finalize the edits you made.
