If the On-demand feature is active for an org:
- The "Meet With A Provider Now" button will be visible to Patients in their portal
- When patients click it, they will be presented with a couple of questions, like choosing the preferred gender of the provider and a session type
- There must be at least one "Public" session type in the organization
- If they have not filled in their basic info, like phone number and gender, they will be asked to enter it before confirming the request
- Providers will have a toggle to be "Offline" or "On-Call"
- This determines if they see the on-demand queue and get alerts about on-demand requests

- There is not currently a way to disable on-demand requests at a particular time; it will always be available to a Patient
- Organization Admin and Managers can set a static estimated wait time in the Templates section of their organization and it can be updated by them any time
- The intake questions pictured below are available
- Organization Admin and Managers can view and edit this in the "Templates" section of an organization.
- The questions themselves cannot be edited
- Questions with an "Edit" option allow you to custom-create the answers a patient can choose from
- Answers to any intake questions show up in the on-demand queue for a provider or admin to view before claiming the case
- Answers to this intake are not saved outside of the on-demand queue
- To save the intake answers, copy and paste them into your notes or EMR
