UAMS TeleSANE Subpoena Workflow

When a law enforcement officer's medical record request has been approved, the request will be forwarded to the TeleSANE core team. From there, the core team will create a new "Subpoena" user account within Visuwell and add a connection between that user and the patient.

1. To add a connection between the patient and subpoena user, click User Management on the Navigation Bar to the left.
2. From here, select Add Provider-Patient Connection 
3. In the new window, you can scroll through the patient and provider dropdown to find and select the subpoena user that needs access to the specified patient
