The Dial Out function is only visible to the user types: providers, admins, scheduling facilitators, and schedulers. This is most commonly used to call an interpreter for translation services during a video session.
*Note that this is not for calling a phone, but rather for a type of internet-based call to SIP devices.
- Click the Dial Out button on the lefthand menu in a Video Session to open the Dial Out Model
- Search For A Device allows you to search all of the SIP/H.323 devices added to your organization. You can also scroll through the list.
- You can also Manually Dial a Device using the box at the bottom of the Devices tab to call a SIP/H.323 address that is not pre-loaded to your organization
- To disconnect a SIP/H.323 device, you can click on the Attendees tab and click the Hang Up button under the SIP user's name:
