VisuWell Release Notes 5/2

This update is scheduled to be release to production between 7:00 and 9:00 PM EST on Monday, May 2nd. Please note that these items are a list of bug fixes and enhancements that affect our platform as a whole, and do not include every organizational-specific change.

Bug Fixes

Fix for issue affecting a user's ability to unmute their microphone while screen-sharing

• This will fix an issue that can prevent a user from unmuting their microphone if they have muted it while they are using the screen-share feature
• The current workaround for this issue is to hang up and rejoin the session

Fix for design issue affecting session menu icons in Safari browser

• This fix is for a sporadic issue in Safari where certain icons on the lefthand menu in the video session UI can appear in different sizes than the rest of the icons
• This issue does not affect workflow or the functionality of the features, it is solely related to the icon design in the Safari browser

Fix to stop in-session notification when a provider joins their own session

• This is referring to the audible alert and red notification on the Attendees icon that shows to providers when a new user checks into the session and lands on the lobby page
• Providers will no longer receive this notification when they join the session themselves
• This notification will still show to the provider when any other attendee joins
