VisuWell Release Notes - 4.18.22

This update is scheduled to be release to production between 7:00 and 9:00 PM EST on Monday, March 18th. Please note that these items are a list of bug fixes and enhancements that affect our platform as a whole, and do not include every organizational-specific change.

Bug Fix

Apple iOS Audio issue resolved on iOS 15.4 

• Apple released a fix for their low audio issue that has been affecting our video session in their latest iOS update.
• iOS users will need to update their devices to iOS 15.4 in order to resolve this audio issue.
• Please note, this was not a VisuWell software change, this update is exclusive to Apple iOS.

Enhancement

Update to disallow email usernames for new accounts created in the VisuWell portal

• This is referring to the username field in the "Create New User" model in the VisuWell portal.
• We will stop allowing email addresses from being added as usernames in this field to prevent potential log-in issues related to duplicate email addresses.
• This field should be left blank when creating a new user in the VisuWell platform, unless your workflow requires a specific username.
