9:30 AM 11/4 - First Identified - Users reported seeing timeout errors when attempting to add new user accounts in Visuwell. Our development team is currently investigating this issue.
12:00 PM 11/4 - Update - This error appears to be happening platform wide and is caused by a sudden increase in new user creation requests. This is causing a timeout error when a new user request occurs.
