Change Camera and Microphone settings directly from Safari (iOS only)

You can now change website settings and give access to your camera and microphone directly from the web browser (Safari) when using an iOS device with 16.4 (latest software update) or later. 

1. Sign into telemedicine session using the link sent to you by a provider or from your portal

2. In the upper left hand corner of the screen you will see two diagonally stacked letters (AA) located in the URL bar, click on these two letters.

3. After Selecting the "Website Settings" tab, you can select "Allow" for camera and microphone access, be sure to refresh the browser page before proceeding to your VisuWell telemedicine session!
