Saving Favorite SIP Devices (Commonly for interpreter services)

If your organization uses the SIP Dial Out feature to call an interpreter service or carts within your facilities, Providers can save those most commonly used as favorites. Click Here to learn how to access the SIP Dial Out feature in Video Session

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Favorite SIP Devices
3. Click Add New Favorite Device
4. Nickname is how you want it to show up in the dropdown when selecting it during a video visit
   
5. Select the device or language from the Organization Device dropdown.
6. Click Save
