The Session Scheduler has a new feature and is ready for organizations to test out. This new scheduler supports searching as you type, rather than loading all of the available users, which will make scheduling sessions faster. Additionally, the following updates were made to make it even easier to find patients and providers.
The UI has been updated in part of a rolling adjustment
Separate search panes for Patients vs. Providers and Staff to help differentiate who is being scheduled
Search results will now show email addresses, phone numbers, DOB, and other essential information to help select the right patient for scheduling
Searching for additional Providers or staff will now show email addresses for each result.
Organization field has been added to narrow down locations and service types and help refine the session scheduling process

[VW-2659] - Include the provider when scheduling from a provider’s calendar with a guest user in the UI when scheduling as an admin
For the Scheduler or Admin User Type, scheduling a session for a provider on the provider’s calendar now shows that the provider will be included in the session
[VW-2899] - Fix client approval button via notifications header for providers
Fixed an issue where providers were not able to approve patients to be added via the notifications area at the top header.
[VW-3060] - Admins need access to administer SIP devices
Admins now have access to administer SIP devices that are associated with their organization.
