Facility User Type

The Facility user type is a clone of the Patient user type so it looks and operates exactly the same.

The only difference is the name and it is used as a generic account for a facility rather than being associated with a real patient.

This allows a facility to login and see only the sessions associated with that account, rather than being a type of scheduler or admin that sees all sessions across the org or location.
