Saving Your Username & Password on Mobile Devices

In order to avoid entering your email address and password upon each login, below is how you can save your information and speed up the login process:

iOS Device

Save Password to Safari Browser

Verify that Autofill Passwords is turned on in your device Settings.

• Go to Settings, Passwords & Accounts, and toggle Autofill Passwords to On

Login Steps:

1. Enter your email address and password into your portal login screen in Safari
2. You will be prompted to Save Password
3. Click Save

 

Android Device

Save Password to Chrome Browser

Verify that Save Passwords is turned on

• Open Chrome
• In the upper right corner, click the three vertical dots
• Click on Settings, then Passwords
• At the top, turn Save passwords to On

Login Steps:

1. Enter your email address and password into your portal login screen in Chrome
2. Upon logging in, the Save password prompt will appear - Click Save
