The Pre Session Agreement, Current Location and Informed Consent features have to be enabled by Visuwell for your organization for them to appear to patients.
If they are enabled, these steps take place once the patient clicks the Check In button to join a video session. All three Pre Session options appear on the same page, if they are all enabled. Each feature can be enabled separate or together.
The Pre Session Agreement
- This feature prompts a list of questions allowing the patient to acknowledge the conditions and requirements for a successful session.
Current Location
- This prompts the patient to enter the address they're located at during the session for emergency purposes.
- The address the patient enters appears for the provider at the bottom of the video session.
Informed Consent
- The Informed Consent document is hard coded into the system, and you can read the document by clicking the hyperlinked phrase which redirects to a pdf reader in a new tab.
