An organization can set up organization-wide available time on a public-facing calendar that prospective clients could see and request a session through. This calendar is often linked to from your organization’s marketing website. Contact your account manager if you would like to gain access to this feature.
To utilize this feature:
- Go to the organization schedule by navigating to Organization Management > View All > Manage Schedule
- Hover over Schedule and click Available Time
- The first dropdown should say “Add general available time for…” which indicates you’re scheduling org-wide available time
- Complete the scheduling process and the blue available time slots will appear on the organization calendar
- Access the URL for your public-facing calendar by navigating to Organization Management on the left sidebar and clicking View All
- At the bottom of the organization tile, you’ll see the Custom URL
- Copy this URL and paste it into another browser where you are not logged in. This way you can see the available time and click it to test it out
- When ready, copy this URL and place it wherever you want users to be able to access it, like a tab in your marketing site
