- Go to Settings> Bank Account
- Enter information Stripe requires (routing number, account number, SSN etc.*)
- Click Accept Stripe’s Terms and Conditions
- Click Update Account
(This may take a day or two to process)
*Stripe requires the last four digits of an individual's SSN and birthdate. This is to verify that the person filling out the application is allowed to sign the organization up for an account. This person should be someone that the organization has approved to setup the account; for some context, this is a legal requirement since Stripe sets-up financial accounts for the organization behind the scenes. For Admin:
- Click on Organization Management (Owners will need to click over to Admin Dashboard)
- Click View All Organizations
- Click on Billing
- Click on Edit Billing Preferences
On this page, you can turn billing off entirely or select the recipient of patient payments.
