Once a client is invited to join a provider’s network, they will receive an email asking them to complete registration. Follow the Complete Registration link in the email and set a Visuwell password. For future logins, go to https://portal.Visuwell.com/users/sign_in and use the email address and the password established at registration. After setting a password, clients will be greeted by a setup guide.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Select the correct Time Zone (The calendar will operate in the timezone chosen)
- Enter Credit Card: If the provider has elected to use Visuwell for billing, clients will have to enter their credit card information before completing setup.
Please note: Visuwell does not charge clients. Only providers can charge clients.
If the link in your invite isn't working, or you're getting an "invalid token" error message, that means you already clicked the link once. Due to HIPAA-compliance, this link can only be clicked once.
To set a password, click here, and enter your email address used for this account. You will then receive an email notification instructing you to reset your password.
