This article is intended to show providers how to adjust a Session Status, to show if a session was completed, or wasn't for a specific reason.
To set a session's status:
- Log into your account.
- Click "Sessions list" on the lefthand menu
- You will see your upcoming sessions and a field labeled "set status."
- Click on the session status for the desired session
- Select the status you would like to change the session to and click "Set Status"
- This will prompt a notification asking if you are sure you want to change the status, click "OK"
