This article lists the most common mobile devices that are still supported by the latest Android and iOS update.
Outdated mobile or desktop devices, browsers and operating systems can cause issues joining our video sessions. Because our platform is browser based, it is important to have the most up-to-date version of a supported browser on your device. You can visit updatemybrowser.org to check your current browser version and whether or not it is up to date. Supported browsers include:
- Firefox
- Chrome
- Safari
- Edge web browser.
Please note, any other Chromium-based browser should work for our VisuWell telehealth sessions, but certain browsers may have different security or audio/video settings that could impact the session. All of the browsers listed above have been thoroughly tested on the VisuWell platform.
If your operating system version will no longer allow you to update your web browser to the latest version, that operating system version may no longer supported by the browser and should be updated if possible. If you are unable to update your operating system, you may be using an outdated device that no longer supports the latest updates.
